Motor Truck Cargo
Motor Truck Cargo: Protection for direct damages to owned or non-owned Property while in-transit or loaded for shipment.
The cargo value is determined as follows:
- The amount of the invoice; or
- If no invoice exists, the lesser of:
- The value is shown in the tariff document, bill of lading or shipping receipt; or
- The actual cash value on the date and at the place of shipment.
