Ian brings more than 16 years of financial industry experience to this role. He has worked on the High-Net-Worth planning teams at two of Canada’s largest banks, worked with advisors at one of Canada’s largest insurance companies, and has provided financial planning advice to many Western Canadian families.
Every client has a unique situation. This is why Ian likes to take the time to truly understand what is important to the clients he works with, by working through a detailed discovery process. A thorough discovery leads to a proper “diagnosis” and resulting strategy recommendation.
Ian will work with your existing advisors (accountant, lawyer, investment advisor, banker, etc.) whenever necessary to ensure seamless integration. Estate planning is multi-generational planning; therefore, Ian is happy to work with your whole family and often facilitates family meetings.
